Well, it’s your story, actually.
We, two fairly youthful (ahem) Generation X-ers, with stacks of experience in recruitment, have listened to you over the years.
Companies & Hiring Authorities – You say you are tired of paying excessive fees for Recruitment personnel, even if a half-decent service is provided in the process.
Recruiters – You say you are tired of referring your friends and colleagues for a few hundred pounds or the promise of a couple of beers!

Referrers – Any individual that knows someone qualified to do a job listed on MyRec
Hirers – Any company or hiring authority* that is looking to appoint a Recruitment related professional directly into their organisation
Job Seekers – Any individual who wants to apply directly for a job on MyRec without being referred by a friend or colleague
* Rec-to-Rec (Recruitment-to-Recruitment) agencies may not post job specifications on behalf of their clients. But any individual from a Rec-to-Rec agency is welcome to act as a referrer and earn rewards, or apply directly for jobs as a candidate.
