Are you looking for a new challenge, with the potential to build and develop a new area within a highly successful recruitment company.?

Key People has been successfully placing Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Health & Safety professionals since 1991 and in that time built a reputation as one of the market leaders; both domestically and throughout the world. Key People remain privately owned and have seen out the last couple of years with hardly any negative impact on the business.

We now view the worst of the downturn as over and so are looking to embark upon a well funded growth strategy to take advantage of our burgeoning reputation in the UK and USA as well as the EMEA and AsiaPac regions.

Particular areas of interest are Human Resources, Finance and IT sectors but, to be frank, proven Recruiters from most sectors would be considered because one of Key people's specialities is to back new market entries with significant resources.

The key to being considered is that you must be a strong performer who can show they personally billed an absolute minimum of £200,000 in 2008/9. If you can and you feel that your industry sector has real potential in 2010 and beyond, we will work through a business plan with you, back it with the necessary funds and then give you the autonomy to go out and execute it with our full support. We will then look to build a team of resourcers and recruiters around you, with automony over your own team and area.

In return you will receive an industry-leading base salary, gauranteed commission for the first 3 months, excellent commission model (equating to a third of billings) as well as a range of benefits.
