Job Description
Red Commerce is looking for outstanding recruitment and sales professionals with European language skills who wish to carve out a lucrative career in the SAP recruitment industry. If you are fluent in German, French or another European language and have a solid track record of winning new business then we are keen to hear from you.
**The Opportunity**
As a Sales Consultant at Red Commerce, you will take responsibility for the 360˚ recruitment lifecycle in your business area. Armed with an in-depth knowledge of the technologies involved, you will be developing relationships with decision makers in both new and existing client organisations and gaining a full understanding of their needs. After offering relevant solutions and winning the business, you will partner with the resourcing team to identify and qualify high calibre candidates and then manage the entire process from CV submission through to offer and acceptance.
**The Person**
To be successful at Red Commerce you must be ambitious, hardworking and resourceful. Confidence and resilience are essential, as is the desire to continually develop your skill set; we put a lot of time and effort into providing best-in-class SAP, recruitment and sales training, so you must be able to demonstrate that you are open-minded and receptive to learning. A track record of success in winning new business and developing existing accounts is essential, and we are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are fluent in both English and another European language.
