IT & Telecoms Recruitment Consultants (New Business, Niche Markets) At ecrmpeople and Fulcrum Telecom (part of the InterQuest Group) we pride ourselves on our professional/personable approach to recruitment, as such we are a market leader in IT Recruitment across our chosen disciplines throughout EMEA. Specialising in a number of Specialist niches & verticals within IT & Telco, we pride ourselves in giving the best professional service to both Candidates and Clients alike. We are currently looking to add experienced New Business IT and Telco Recruitment Consultants to our Aylesbury Offices (45 mins from Marylebone, London) - with the longer term option of working from our Central London City office. Applicants will have a proven background in New Business acquisition with a well referenced background in IT or Telecoms Recruitment to date, coupled with an excellent 'can-do' attitude and strong ambition. We are looking for consistent billers with a track record of achieving, along with the ability to win Clients and maintain excellent client relationships/rapport then build on these.

Your own approach will be professional and mature but with a passion for recruitment and creating a highly positive environment. An ability to be self-managed is essential. In return you will receive a competitive basic salary depending on your experience, with uncapped commission from day one including benefits package and car allowance.
