When joining Human Capital, every new recruit must first pass through our internal research function. It is a vital learning opportunity in terms of market and our methodology and provides the individual with the best possible start and opportunity to progress. The main responsibilities will be to provide research support and market intelligence to the portfolios or teams within the business.

Research is the glue that holds a project team together and allows the business to develop stronger relationships with their current clients. Responsible for project administration, market mapping, candidate screening and profiling, database administration and interview administration, research is vital for the successful delivery of each stage of the Human Capital search process. A researcher will spend 90% of their time on the telephone.

Whilst a Researcher, an individual is expected to quickly develop a thorough understanding of the market in which they are operating, monitoring the media and keeping the project team informed of developments both general and specific to the team's client base. They are also expected to be constantly looking to add value to the activities of the project team, removing barriers to success as well as constantly searching for ways to improve the recruitment process.

Part of developing long-standing client relationships is the strength of delivery and in particular the strength of the information delivered. In addition, the ability to reduce the consulting team's workload builds trust allowing delivery to happen more quickly and efficiently resulting in a speedier move towards Associate Consultant.

Our aim is to provide a researcher with the tools and opportunity to move into a consulting role within 6 months. However, this is dependent on the speed of development of the individual and the needs of the portfolio and wider business. We also encourage people to push for opportunities and prove they deserve them through delivery. present themselves.

 

Support Portfolio delivery and growth through:

 

Mapping new names and teams

Preliminary screening of candidates

Candidate interviews

Networking meetings

Interview administration

Research into potential clients, including preparation for pitches

Development of Market Organisational Charts

Involvement in new business development and preparation for new market entry

Knowledge management

 

Requirements:

Applicants must be graduates

Must have perfect written and spoken English language skills
