An immediate opportunity exists for an ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our London based business & build on our continued success and momentum in the Information and IT Security market. Ideally we are looking for an experienced resourcer/researcher with some background and contacts in the IT Security market, however, the successful combination of inquisitiveness and online/offline candidate acquisition techniques are core to the role and will be our focus during selection.
Within the team you provide support to the full recruitment process life-cycle for all client opportunities, campaign or otherwise. From a candidate perspective this will involve significant planning and proactive searching techniques, building market awareness through networking, referrals and organisational mapping. In addition to which you will create adverts, manage advert responses, interview, short-list, select, lead generate and make recommendations to clients. You will become an expert in a particular area of consultancy with a view to developing new client relationships and your own client base over time.
Candidate
- Applicants must have recruitment resourcer/researcher experience, preferably in IT security, but will accept applicants with proven success in a different market
- Professional, enthusiastic and target driven
- High degree of commercial acumen
- Self motivated with an ability to sell and desire to be rewarded on results
- Must have a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to succeed
- Must have UK experience
