Technical Recruitment Consultant

The Package: Basic salary of 22-28K plus an excellent OTE (40K +), plus, Gym Membership, PHI & Pension.

Location: Doncaster

We are a rapidly growing recruitment company who specialize in the supply of senior engineers and managers to the technical markets both in the UK and overseas, due to expansion we are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior / Recruitment Consultant to join our existing contracts team and are seeking those with an existing sales and  recruitment experience.

Your responsibilities will include selling the services of our company to clients and candidate's alike, interviewing senior engineers and managers, attending client meetings, matching client and candidate requirements whilst overcoming objections in order to deliver successful placements (typical candidate placement level of between £300 to £500 per day).

You will need to be a passionate well motivated individual with a strong sales and recruitment background and you must be willing to work hard to develop both yourself and the business. In addition you must also be able to demonstrate a successful track record of working to and exceeding sales targets as well as having the hunger to make the most of this opportunity.

The successful candidate will be provided with in-depth industry and sector training over a 12 week induction period.
